RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At MAISHAA Furniture & Furnishings , every product is carefully manufactured and quality checked before dispatch to ensure premium quality and customer satisfaction.
1. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products
Most furniture, curtains, upholstery, wardrobes, and customized products are specially manufactured according to customer specifications and requirements.
Therefore, once production has started, such products shall be:
Non-returnable
Non-refundable
Non-exchangeable
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Production
Orders may be cancelled within 24–48 hours of order confirmation for a refund, after deduction of payment gateway charges or transaction fees deducted at the time the original payment was credited to our account.
After Production Starts
Once production has commenced, cancellation charges may apply depending on:
Production stage
Materials procured
Customization involved
Work completed
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
A damaged product
A manufacturing defect
An incorrect item
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with:
Order Number
Photos / Videos of the issue
Packaging Images
After verification, we may, at our sole discretion:
Repair the product
Replace the product or defective part
Offer store credit
4. Minor Variations
The following shall not be considered defects:
Natural wood grain variations
Fabric texture variations
Slight color differences due to screen settings or lighting
Handcrafted finish variations
Minor dimensional tolerances (±1–2%)
These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted and premium furniture products.
5. Refused Deliveries
If delivery is refused without a valid reason, logistics, handling, storage, and return transportation charges may be deducted from the eligible refund amount, if applicable.
