Typical warranty periods: 2 years against any manufacturing defect.
2. Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear
Fabric fading
Scratches, dents, or misuse
Water/moisture damage
Pet damage
Improper cleaning
Commercial usage unless specified
Unauthorized repairs/modifications
3. Natural Material Disclaimer
Wood, veneer, leather, marble, and natural fabrics may develop variations and aging characteristics over time. These are natural traits and not manufacturing defects.
4. Claim Process
To request warranty support:
Share invoice/order number
Photos/videos of issue
Brief issue description
5. Resolution
Depending on the issue, we may:
repair the product,
replace defective components,
provide replacement,
or offer suitable resolution at our discretion.
Transportation or site visit charges will apply in certain cases after warranty period.
